What you will do

• Shape the strategy and performance tracking for the Business Development Team.
• Analyze commercial results to identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with BD leadership and cross-functional teams to define strategic action plans.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders and executives to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth, or Analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with executive-level exposure.
