TL;DR

Inside Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading and developing a multilingual Partner Development Team focused on daily execution, team performance, and strategic sales methodology. Focus on building a high-performance sales culture, driving consistent activity discipline, and ensuring effective partner acquisition and onboarding.

Location: Hybrid, requiring work from the office at least 4 days a week in Utrecht, Netherlands. Remote work for 4 weeks per year is possible.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the Partner Development Team daily.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture.
  • Drive consistent daily sales activity and monitor targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Coach SDRs through live call listening and performance reviews.
  • Personally run partner acquisition and onboarding for the first 3 months to learn team motions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an SDR or similar role, and at least 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Ability to work from the Utrecht office at least 4 days a week in the Netherlands.
  • Experience coaching or leading others in a sales environment.
  • Comfortable working with clear targets and feedback loops.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setup.
