What you will do
- Lead and manage the Partner Development Team daily.
- Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture.
- Drive consistent daily sales activity and monitor targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Coach SDRs through live call listening and performance reviews.
- Personally run partner acquisition and onboarding for the first 3 months to learn team motions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles.
- At least 2 years of experience as an SDR or similar role, and at least 1 year of sales management experience.
- Ability to work from the Utrecht office at least 4 days a week in the Netherlands.
- Experience coaching or leading others in a sales environment.
- Comfortable working with clear targets and feedback loops.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setup.
