What you will do

  • Develop a sales strategy across the European region to deliver revenue targets.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of deals through outbound sales prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key customers, driving the continued value of hirify.global’s products and services.
  • Conduct hirify.global portal demos for prospects with the support of the Sales Engineering team.
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals and KPIs, aiding them in achieving their business goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and sales peers to optimize client value and hirify.global success.

Requirements

  • Adaptive and introspective, willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
  • 3+ years of selling experience in enterprise consumption-based software platforms.
  • Experience in the SaaS or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Hunter mentality and experience working on outbound strategies.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and sell to C-Level targets, as well as across Product Development and IT contacts.

Nice to have

  • Telco, CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS new business sales experience.
  • Established relationships with customers that trust and respect your advice.
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
  • Experience with established sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, MEDDPICC, etc.
  • Professional fluency in German or French.
