What you will do
- Develop a sales strategy across the European region to deliver revenue targets.
- Develop a strong pipeline of deals through outbound sales prospecting and inbound leads.
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key customers, driving the continued value of hirify.global’s products and services.
- Conduct hirify.global portal demos for prospects with the support of the Sales Engineering team.
- Work with customers to establish critical goals and KPIs, aiding them in achieving their business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and sales peers to optimize client value and hirify.global success.
Requirements
- Adaptive and introspective, willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
- 3+ years of selling experience in enterprise consumption-based software platforms.
- Experience in the SaaS or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
- Hunter mentality and experience working on outbound strategies.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and sell to C-Level targets, as well as across Product Development and IT contacts.
Nice to have
- Telco, CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS new business sales experience.
- Established relationships with customers that trust and respect your advice.
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
- Experience with established sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, MEDDPICC, etc.
- Professional fluency in German or French.
