What you will do

• Support team needs from prototyping to production, crafting workflows and interfaces.
• Facilitate collaborative design activities, engaging users and the wider team.
• Utilize research and insights (qualitative and quantitative) to inform design decisions.
• Ensure design perspective is factored into delivery, owning design decisions.
• Contribute to and maintain a shared design system.
• Improve usability and engagement of existing solutions through user testing and data analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in complex domains within the SaaS B2B space.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process.
• Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams with PMs, Engineers, and other Product Designers.
• Solid understanding of evaluative research methods (qualitative and quantitative).
• Experience with UI design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Ability to travel to and from the UK office safely in a day for regular visits.
