What you will do
- Support team needs from prototyping to production, crafting workflows and interfaces.
- Facilitate collaborative design activities, engaging users and the wider team.
- Utilize research and insights (qualitative and quantitative) to inform design decisions.
- Ensure design perspective is factored into delivery, owning design decisions.
- Contribute to and maintain a shared design system.
- Improve usability and engagement of existing solutions through user testing and data analysis.
Requirements
- Experience in complex domains within the SaaS B2B space.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process.
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams with PMs, Engineers, and other Product Designers.
- Solid understanding of evaluative research methods (qualitative and quantitative).
- Experience with UI design and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Ability to travel to and from the UK office safely in a day for regular visits.
