What you will do

• Define and lead the end-to-end service and product design strategy across digital platforms and human touchpoints.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system, including interaction patterns, UI components, and accessibility standards.
• Design integrated human–AI service experiences and map comprehensive customer journeys.
• Collaborate with product managers to influence domain-specific design decisions and ensure high quality.
• Establish and scale product research practices to inform overall product strategy.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-impact design team across UI/UX, service design, and research.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in product, service, or experience design.
• 3–4+ years of experience in leadership roles managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong expertise across UI/UX, service design, and product research.
• Background in enterprise B2B environments, ideally within regulated or complex industries.
• Proven experience building or owning design systems used across multiple platforms.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
