What you will do
- Own the "single source of truth" for revenue data, including forecasting, planning, and pipeline health processes.
- Manage CRM (Salesforce) architecture, hygiene, and data governance for reporting integrity.
- Provide analytical insights to leadership on sales effectiveness and market trends.
- Run and refine high-stakes operational rhythms and drive accountability across the revenue leadership team.
- Drive and coordinate high-impact cross-functional initiatives across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Revenue and prepare high-level decision documents.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in top-tier consulting and/or Revenue Operations / Strategy roles in scale-ups or tech-enabled businesses.
- Track record of hands-on execution and delivery beyond recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data, dashboards, and financial models.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (preferable), Tableau/Metabase or similar analytics tools, and very good at Excel.
- Proven ability for owning forecasting, planning, and operational processes.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across senior and functional leaders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
