TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Fintech/SaaS): Manage customer success across EMEA markets for treasury and payments solutions with an accent on value realization, retention, and expansion. Location: Hybrid in La Défense, France (2 days per week in office). Geographic coverage across UKI, DACH, and other EMEA markets. Flexibility for EMEA time zones and 20-30% travel required.

Salary: €74,320 - €93,940 annual base + variable compensation and incentives.

What you will do

  • Engage customers across EMEA to drive value realization, adoption, and business outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts, including global businesses with high complexity.
  • Facilitate executive meetings, establish success metrics, and track goals using data and tools.
  • Forecast risks, develop account strategies, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships, support advisory councils, and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Adapt to regional practices, prioritize across time zones, and ensure cultural sensitivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Strong SaaS knowledge, business/financial acumen; treasury expertise a plus.
  • Track record in client adoption, retention, growth; expert relationship-building and communication.
  • Advanced problem-solving, negotiation; experience with executive meetings preferred.
  • Fluent English (professional working proficiency); German or French highly preferred.
  • Ability to work hybrid in La Défense office 2x/week and travel 20-30% across EMEA.
