What you will do

• Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation for hirify.global cloud, network, and security products.
• Lead and mentor a small team of technical writers, setting priorities and ensuring predictable delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for documentation across product, engineering, QA, and support teams.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted workflows to improve documentation speed, coverage, and consistency.
• Design and maintain pipelines that identify documentation needs from commits, code changes, and release notes.
• Build and evolve documentation-as-code workflows and automation, defining and tracking metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing for cloud services, APIs, or DevOps tools.
• Experience leading or mentoring other writers, formally or informally.
• Strong background in documentation-as-code workflows using Git, Markdown, and static site generators.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (compute, storage, networking, CDN, security).
• English C1+ with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a structured, proactive approach to managing documentation initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or infrastructure tools like Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Background in software engineering or DevOps.
• Interest in developer experience and onboarding journeys.
