What you will do

• Author and maintain technically accurate documentation for APIs, SDKs, tutorials, and deployment guides.
• Perform hands-on technical validation by testing APIs and reproducing user workflows to catch edge cases.
• Develop documentation strategy and content roadmaps to identify and fill information gaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to integrate documentation early in the release cycle.
• Define and enforce tone guidelines and content standards for a consistent editorial voice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or developer education (AI/ML or SaaS preferred).
• Proven ability to write for technical audiences, including system architecture and code examples.
• Proficiency with Markdown, Git, and documentation tools like Docusaurus or Sphinx.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or curl.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and CLI workflows.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and on-premises infrastructure.
• French language skills.
