Salary: 182,000-215,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Deliver hands-on, tactical visual execution balanced with strategic creative thinking and production leadership management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives.
• Lead the conception and execution of innovative visual approaches that drive engagement and maintain a distinctive brand look and feel.
• Clarify and define incoming creative briefs and requests to drive the marketing business.
• Own, maintain, and publish hirify.global brand visual guidelines to ensure brand visual consistency.
• Innovate with AI to improve creative creation, performance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 12+ years of design experience with 5+ years of leading and managing an in-house B2B SaaS tech creative team.
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS technology companies selling to line-of-business personas; finance or fintech experience is a plus.
• Excellent project and process management skills to build a scalable creative production process.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence marketing partners and leaders.
• Fluent understanding of the marketing funnel, different marketing channels, and business buyer needs.
• Advanced proficiency in generalist design tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Google Slides).
