What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of designers to execute brand evolution and visual storytelling.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals.
• Drive innovative visual approaches across print, digital, web, animation, and video.
• Maintain and publish brand visual guidelines ensuring consistency across all marketing assets.
• Incorporate AI and data-driven insights to improve creative efficiency and performance.
• Oversee agency and contractor work to ensure on-brand and cost-effective deliverables.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Foster City, California, United States (onsite role)
• 12+ years design experience with 5+ years leading in-house B2B SaaS creative teams.
• Experience in SaaS technology companies, fintech or finance domain preferred.
• Strong project and process management skills for scalable creative production.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English (native or near-native proficiency).
