What you will do
- Plan and execute a portfolio of field programs including industry conferences, executive dinners, workshops, roadshows, and sponsorships.
- Drive pipeline generation by partnering with sales and setting measurable goals for leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to identify pipeline gaps and develop account-based marketing plans.
- Evaluate and select third-party conferences and sponsorships to maximize brand presence.
- Manage event logistics including booth materials, vendors, shipments, and event technology.
- Continuously improve the field marketing playbook to optimize ROI and scale successful initiatives.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York, NY
- 5-8 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing programs.
- Proven experience supporting pipeline generation through events or regional marketing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams and revenue goals.
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to developers, AI practitioners, or technical audiences.
- Background in SaaS, AI, or developer tools.
