Location: Hybrid in Seoul, South Korea (required to work from office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).

What you will do

  • Lead a team of Account Executives handling full sales cycle activities including prospecting, developing new accounts, expanding existing customers, and renewals.
  • Own the strategy and execution for your team's territory, ensuring maximum revenue generation and retention.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to develop playbooks and define sales motions.
  • Liaise with the user base to ensure world-class customer experience.
  • Drive internal and external executive-level relationships.
  • Collaborate across internal teams including sales, customer success, and legal.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a sales organization at a fast-growing software company.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to build thoughtful strategies.
  • A builder mentality thriving in collaborative environments.
  • Ability to work hybrid in Seoul, South Korea.

Nice to have

  • Strong technical background.
  • Direct sales experience, plus selling through Partners.
  • Experience with quarterly sales planning.
  • New logo acquisition sales experience.
