Location: This is a remote US role based on the east coast. Openness to flexible hours to support cross-time-zone collaboration with teams in Europe and the U.S - should be available for morning meetings 3+ days/week. Not considering candidates residing in the following states: Alaska (AK), Arkansas (AR), Delaware (DE), Iowa (IA), Mississippi (MO), Nebraska (NE), Rhode Island (RI), South Dakota (SD), Vermont (VT), West Virginia (WV), and Wisconsin (WI).

What you will do
- Shape the vision and strategy for member understanding and intelligence, balancing platform capabilities with member-facing experiences.
- Own outcomes across both platform and member experience layers, driving a roadmap for robust APIs and data models.
- Deeply understand members and their health journeys, partnering with research, science, and data teams.
- Partner with senior and executive leaders to structure narratives and options for high-impact decisions.
- Drive internal adoption of personalization capabilities across other product teams.
- Define success metrics, instrumentation, and experimentation plans for Context Engines, iterating rapidly based on data.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in data platform, ML, or consumer technology, with 2+ years at Staff/Principal level.
- Shipped ML-powered personalization or LLM features in production, with hands-on experience in prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
- Strong consumer product intuition, balancing platform capabilities with rewarding member-facing experiences.
- Ability to design scalable data architectures and ontologies, comfortable with ETL pipelines and data normalization.
