What you will do

• Design and execute adoption and expansion plays leveraging AI, product telemetry, and signal-based triggers.
• Own key growth outcomes including GRR, NRR, credit consumption uplift, and seat expansion.
• Deliver playbook-driven interventions that drive measurable impact.
• Partner with clients to refine their GTM strategies and align them with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Stay ahead of GTM tech trends and continuously refine the stack.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, Growth, Account Management, or Sales Development leadership.
• Data Proficiency: Ability to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies (ICP, TAM, SAM).
• Tech Savvy: Mastered CRMs, sales automation tools, and AI platforms.
• Process Optimization: Ability to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows.
• Customer Focus: Obsessed with building lasting client relationships.
