What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Payments Product Owners.
- Define and own the overall payments product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables for payments initiatives.
- Partner with technical teams to plan and deliver new payment features and balance technical debt resolution.
- Own the prioritization process and backlog across all payment initiatives, ensuring alignment.
- Analyze payments performance (conversion, acceptance rates, cost per transaction) and drive continuous optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people-management role.
- 3+ years of experience in payments within the iGaming industry (PSPs, APMs, wallets, card processing, compliance).
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience defining and delivering payments product strategies across multiple regulated markets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and experience improving KPIs.
