Focus on developing next-generation payment offerings, ensuring compliance, and optimizing payments performance across multiple markets.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Payments Product Owners.
  • Define and own the overall payments product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables for payments initiatives.
  • Partner with technical teams to plan and deliver new payment features and balance technical debt resolution.
  • Own the prioritization process and backlog across all payment initiatives, ensuring alignment.
  • Analyze payments performance (conversion, acceptance rates, cost per transaction) and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people-management role.
  • 3+ years of experience in payments within the iGaming industry (PSPs, APMs, wallets, card processing, compliance).
  • Strong leadership, team management, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience defining and delivering payments product strategies across multiple regulated markets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and experience improving KPIs.
