What you will do

• Translate business strategy and goals into high-level platform roadmaps and OKRs.
• Identify and manage stakeholders, collecting requirements and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and Product Owners to create high-quality product designs.
• Break down products into discrete deliverables for engineering teams and oversee delivery planning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for engineering teams during development and perform UAT.
• Monitor product performance KPIs post-launch to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Malta (Hybrid work model).
• Strong interest in the online gambling industry.
• Proven experience in cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and requirements engineering.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
