What you will do

  • Own demand generation and full-cycle software sales to grow Flock's private sector business.
  • Manage the full sales funnel, including prospecting, needs analysis, demos, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Independently book deals and build sales pipelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technology/SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving $1M+ ARR annually.
  • Ability to manage the full sales funnel, including inbound and outbound prospecting, needs analysis, platform demos, solution development, proposals, and closing.
  • Demonstrated success in booking deals and building pipelines independently.
  • Candidates must be located in EST time zones
