What you will do
- Own demand generation and full-cycle software sales to grow Flock's private sector business.
- Manage the full sales funnel, including prospecting, needs analysis, demos, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Independently book deals and build sales pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technology/SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving $1M+ ARR annually.
- Ability to manage the full sales funnel, including inbound and outbound prospecting, needs analysis, platform demos, solution development, proposals, and closing.
- Demonstrated success in booking deals and building pipelines independently.
