Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City, with an expectation to come into the office 2-3 times/week for team collaboration.
Salary: $240,000 - $339,900 USD

What you will do
- Own user-facing AI experiences like Field Agents and AI-powered automations.
- Drive rapid iteration on AI features, leveraging latest models, agent libraries, and AI tooling.
- Partner deeply with Product and Design to define the roadmap and translate user insights.
- Leverage 's AI Platform foundation to ship features quickly and safely at enterprise scale.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team combining product instincts with technical excellence.
Requirements
- Must be based in San Francisco or New York City, open to coming into the office at least 2-3 times/week for team collaboration.
- 5+ years experience as an engineer (previously staff or tech lead IC position) and 1+ years as a manager.
- Proven ability to ship AI features that customers love and articulate their success.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG architectures, and emerging AI tooling.
- Experience building teams that ship iteratively and continuously improve AI experiences based on feedback.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and making good decisions with incomplete information in a rapidly changing AI landscape.
