TL;DR

Productivity Engineer (AI): Developing intelligent, Claude-powered automation systems to enhance Sales and Sales Development effectiveness with an accent on lead process automation and prospecting intelligence. Focus on architecting scalable routing systems, automating personalized outreach, and integrating diverse data sources for high-intent signal detection.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY). Staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $190,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Develop Claude-powered productivity tooling focused on prospecting, lead qualification, and early-stage opportunity creation.
  • Architect intelligent alert systems that notify sales teams of high-intent signals, inbound leads, and optimal engagements.
  • Build sophisticated automations for lead routing, account research, and personalized outreach generation.
  • Design and implement a centralized data architecture to aggregate prospect intelligence from multiple sources.
  • Leverage conversational intelligence and email data to identify high-performing prospecting patterns.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to improve lead quality scoring and routing accuracy.

Requirements

  • Engineering experience building data-driven productivity solutions using AI and varied datasets.
  • Proven track record of deploying automations for lead management and early-stage sales processes.
  • Strong technical proficiency with APIs and experience integrating CRM, Github, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Experience building scalable lead routing and prioritization systems in fast-growth B2B environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York City.
