What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers to formulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own the product backlog, balancing conflicting priorities for prioritization.
• Manage release and sprint planning processes, including setting and delivering on goals.
• Actively mitigate risks and issues impacting successful team completion of goals.
• Proactively identify and solve problems by investigating root causes and developing solutions.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are met and conduct sprint reviews from a business/customer perspective.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities and negotiate the backlog with engineers and leadership.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP reporting or business intelligence products.
• Experience with ETL tools and data management.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Certifications: Agile, Pragmatic Marketing, Scrum Product Owner.
