What you will do

• Define specific functions, integration requirements, and deployment strategies for data products.
• Develop and refine user stories, problem statements, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Collaborate with the broader product organization to ensure integration across all digital banking technology products.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
• Drive end-to-end data flow, schema design, and solution scalability in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Gather customer needs and conduct market research to inform the overarching product vision and strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (Georgia or California).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the finance industry, specifically with large-scale digital or mobile banking applications.
• Strong technical experience with databases, data lakes, and data warehousing systems.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL, ETL processes, and DB schema design.
• Experience with modern data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery on AWS or GCP.

Nice to have

• Experience taking data products from inception to launch within fintech, banking, or payments.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or QuickSight.
• Solid understanding of data analysis using statistical methods or AI/ML.
