What you will do

• Manage the full product lifecycle, including requirements definition, success criteria, implementation, and launch.
• Drive product initiatives by prioritizing features, issues, and bug resolution.
• Act as Product Owner within Agile teams, managing the backlog, sprint planning, and user stories.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to ensure product initiatives align with business objectives.
• Lead prototyping, testing, validation, and product acceptance processes.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering high-value products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience in financial services, FinTech, or technology-driven industries (SMB market knowledge is a plus).
• Strong capability in defining product strategy, roadmapping, and requirements management.
• Solid technical acumen and financial literacy to support product decisions.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Latin America (LatAm).
