Salary: $203,000.00 - $357,000.00

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the US East region to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and partners, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Identify and explore new market segments and expansion opportunities within the region, developing market entry strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years experience in sales and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively more senior sales leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, preferably in the AI Technology/Software, SaaS, or CCaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the US East region market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
