Location: Remote (US-based with international travel)

This is a newly created role within an established audio tech company, forming a key part of the Senior Leadership Team.

What you will do

  • Lead and execute global sales strategy, focused on enterprise customers.
  • Drive and close complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline.
  • Leverage your network to establish strategic relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Work closely with product, technical, and application teams to shape and win technically demanding deals.
  • Hire, mentor, and scale the sales team.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales within deep-tech, AI, or audio.
  • Background in audio, AI, or acoustics with detailed understanding of the audio technology market.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals with large technology companies.
  • Ability to navigate long, technically complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams and structures.
  • Established network within audio, media, entertainment, and AR/VR technology.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
