This is a newly created role within an established audio tech company, forming a key part of the Senior Leadership Team.
What you will do
- Lead and execute global sales strategy, focused on enterprise customers.
- Drive and close complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline.
- Leverage your network to establish strategic relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Work closely with product, technical, and application teams to shape and win technically demanding deals.
- Hire, mentor, and scale the sales team.
Requirements
- Significant experience in enterprise software sales within deep-tech, AI, or audio.
- Background in audio, AI, or acoustics with detailed understanding of the audio technology market.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals with large technology companies.
- Ability to navigate long, technically complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience building and scaling sales teams and structures.
- Established network within audio, media, entertainment, and AR/VR technology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
