What you will do

  • Prospect new brand partners, manage relationships, and close complex sponsorship and partnership deals.
  • Collaborate with talent agents to ideate and generate revenue growth for clients within the creator economy.
  • Develop comprehensive brand solutions and product offerings leveraging talent, distribution, data, and marketing.
  • Support team efforts in positioning, proactive sales, pitch material development, and partnership activations.
  • Analyze client rosters and product offerings to identify and build incremental revenue streams.
  • Participate in the professional development and empowerment of staff.

Requirements

  • Solid previous experience in a brand or agency environment focused on digital media, content, or entertainment partnerships.
  • Fluency in the creator economy and podcast marketplace.
  • An existing network of brand and agency buyer executives.
  • A proven track record of sales success in creator campaigns and partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, emerging media, and digital/social/mobile/video technologies.
  • Experience with CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote).
