TL;DR

Sales Manager (Health, Beauty and Luxury Verticals): Winning new business, nurturing prospects, and growing existing clients within the health, beauty, and luxury sectors with an accent on managing multi-product proposition sales cycles. Focus on developing relationships with major brands and agencies, achieving quarterly targets, and understanding retail industry trends to generate new business.

Location: Face-to-face client sales (this is a hybrid role, some in-person client visibility is expected)

What you will do

  • Manage agency relationships, creating long-term connections for sustainable business.
  • Prospect and pitch hirify.global’s Commerce Media proposition to agency teams.
  • Conduct meetings, pitch sessions, and bespoke events for agencies and brands.
  • Understand and articulate key campaign KPIs to drive business with existing and new clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with brands and agencies.
  • Maintain product knowledge and identify trends within the Retail industry to generate new business.

Requirements

  • Digital media sales (display, search, and eCommerce) or ad-tech experience.
  • Prior experience working for/with media agencies.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in working with and closing business from Tier 1 Beauty, Health or Luxury clients.
  • Face-to-face client sales (this is a hybrid role, some in-person client visibility is expected).
  • Ability to autonomously own client relationships and problem solving with the ability to effectively handle objections.
  • Strong evidenced track record of driving new business.
