TL;DR

Director of Life Science Business Development (Medtech): Scaling hirify.global’s medical device and health tech partner base with an accent on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing proposals that align with client needs. Focus on selling real-world data solutions, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and achieving revenue targets in the Life Sciences industry.

Location: Hybrid (Seattle, WA). In-person attendance is required for one week during the year for hirify.global Planning Week. Optimizing meeting hours in the pacific time zone.

Salary: $150,000 to $180,000. Additional compensation includes incentive pay and stock options.

What you will do

  • Scale hirify.global’s medical device and health tech partner base.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Life Science companies.
  • Qualify leads to understand client needs and challenges to gauge compatibility with hirify.global solutions.
  • Demonstrate hirify.global’s value proposition and a deep understanding of Real-World Data to clients and prospects.
  • Develop and execute quarterly strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Life Sciences Real World Data and analytics business development.
  • Previous track record as a successful business development executive at an RWD company selling to life sciences, including relevant RWD expertise and contacts.
  • Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers in Life Science companies.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience with navigating complex Life Science or HealthTech or Med Device organizations to identify key stakeholders and traversing complicated and extensive enterprise-wide sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
