What you will do

• Design and implement AI-based solutions using existing models, platforms, and automation tools.
• Build, integrate, and deploy solutions that accelerate processes, improve decision-making, and increase operational efficiency.
• Design and deploy AI agents for business operations, including multi-agent orchestration systems.
• Coordinate and manage specialized technology and data partners.
• Collaborate with the CTO to define and execute the company’s technical and AI strategy.
• Oversee and collaborate on the data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of building and shipping production systems.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end solutions from idea and architecture through deployment and iteration.
• Solid understanding of modern cloud architectures, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience working with or integrating AI/ML systems, LLMs, and automation platforms in production environments.
• ERP systems knowledge.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
