What you will do

• Develop and improve benchmarks for complex translation problems and automated quality scoring systems.
• Own end-to-end dataset pipelines, from multi-source ingestion and cleaning to scalable multilingual datasets.
• Design and optimize prompts for LLMs, building automated filters, validators, and synthetic data generators.
• Implement production-ready services with structured logs, monitoring, alerting, and reliability patterns.
• Work with NER, word alignment, and other NLP-specific challenges to improve platform capabilities.
• Set up and manage infrastructure for self-hosted AI solutions.

Requirements

• Expertise in evaluation engineering, including offline metrics, slice analysis, and A/B testing.
• Strong foundation in classical NLP, including text normalization and core matching approaches (fuzzy, inverted index).
• Experience in LLM operations, including routing across providers based on quality, latency, and cost.
• Proficiency in writing lightweight production services with scalability and reliability considerations.
• Must be based in Europe.
