Head of AI (Language AI): Driving the success of an end-to-end Language AI platform for global enterprises with an accent on AI strategy and agentic AI. Focus on improving language AI quality, redesigning product experiences with an AI-first approach, and creating an AI-driven customer lifecycle.
Location: Remote in Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, or Europe. Strong preference for candidates based on the East Coast, Boston or New York area.

What you will do
- Define and maintain the AI strategy to solidify 's position as a leading enterprise Language AI platform.
- Develop a systematic approach to measuring and improving AI-generated translation and content quality.
- Redesign existing product experiences and use cases using an AI-first approach to enhance quality and turnaround time.
- Lead the creation of an AI-driven customer lifecycle product to deliver customized onboarding and support experiences.
- Build and manage a team of top AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Engineering and Product leader.
- 2+ years of experience leading an AI/ML unit for a tech company.
- Deep understanding of the current state of ML and AI and experience driving a strategic AI roadmap.
- Ability to communicate and present effectively at the executive and board level.
- Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Must be based in Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Europe, or the US (preference for East Coast).
