Location: Remote in Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, or Europe. Strong preference for candidates based on the East Coast, Boston or New York area.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the AI strategy to solidify hirify.global's position as a leading enterprise Language AI platform.
• Develop a systematic approach to measuring and improving AI-generated translation and content quality.
• Redesign existing product experiences and use cases using an AI-first approach to enhance quality and turnaround time.
• Lead the creation of an AI-driven customer lifecycle product to deliver customized onboarding and support experiences.
• Build and manage a team of top AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an Engineering and Product leader.
• 2+ years of experience leading an AI/ML unit for a tech company.
• Deep understanding of the current state of ML and AI and experience driving a strategic AI roadmap.
• Ability to communicate and present effectively at the executive and board level.
• Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Europe, or the US (preference for East Coast).
