Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain. The team works mostly remotely but values regular in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Build AI-driven tools, prototypes, and internal systems.
• Develop Python backends and APIs for AI-powered features.
• Work with LLMs, agents, and RAG pipelines.
• Prototype AI-assisted developer workflows and experiment with new AI capabilities for intelligent contracts.
• Design full-stack applications and use AI copilots extensively in development.
• Collaborate closely with a small team to rapidly test and iterate on ideas.

Requirements

• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience building APIs or backend systems.
• Comfortable with modern full-stack development.
• Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, or AI tooling.
• Builder mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona for hybrid collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto, blockchain, or smart contracts.
• Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, or agents.
• Experience with Docker, cloud infrastructure, or CI/CD.
• Familiarity with data pipelines or document processing.
