What you will do

• Lead and manage a $75M+ portfolio of advanced technology contracts within DHS.
• Own P&L responsibilities and drive margin improvement.
• Drive portfolio growth by converting delivery excellence into on-contract expansion.
• Direct capture and market growth efforts across DHS components.
• Engage with DHS executives to strengthen relationships and influence acquisition pathways.
• Build, mentor, and empower teams; create pathways for staff development into leadership roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Proven success winning and delivering outcome-based contracts and scaling traditional ITSM/staff-augmentation into AI-enabled, automated solutions.
• Recognized presence and trusted relationships across DHS leadership and acquisition channels.
• Strong technical fluency in digital transformation, AI/ML, zero-trust cyber, DevSecOps, and cloud-native platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain top technical and management talent.
• Active clearance required (TS preferred; DHS suitability/public trust considered).
