Fullstack Developer (AWS)

Location: Washington, DC, with a hybrid work arrangement; applicants must reside in the United States at the time of application.

Salary: USD $63,654–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop scalable, flexible, and resilient applications, integrations, microservices, databases, and cloud solutions.
• Automate manual analytical processes supporting identity, network intelligence, and national security missions.
• Design and deploy user applications, databases, and other IT capabilities in a hybrid Agile and DevOps environment.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for deployed applications and databases.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on feature design, deployment procedures, release plans, and documentation.
• Support off-hours deployments, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Must reside in the United States at the time of application.
• Experience with AWS cloud architecture, AWS managed services, and cloud message APIs.
• Strong experience with Java/Spring or Python, plus JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, JSON, SQL, and XML.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, S3, Redshift, Redis, Elasticsearch, REST/SOAP, LDAP, and RDBMS technologies.
• Experience with Git, CI and configuration management tools, Linux/Unix environments, Agile development, Jira, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS Lambda, NiFi, JMS, SQS, or SNS.
• Knowledge of public keys, digital certificates, and automated testing tools.
• Experience in DevOps environments and data integration or visualization applications.
• Familiarity with Python, Groovy, and shell scripting.
