What you will do

• Employ software development techniques for solving analytical challenges related to national security.
• Automate manual analytical processes using software development skills.
• Expand specializations to include front end user interfaces, back end microservices, web services, and cloud architecture.
• Deploy developed IT solutions, user applications, and databases.
• Design and develop specialized user solutions and applications using a hybrid Agile approach within a DevOps environment.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for deployed applications and databases.

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and enabling tools and technologies, such as AWS Cloud (GovCloud/C2S).
• Experience with JavaScript, Angular, Typescript, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• High experience level with back-end programming languages like Java/Spring and Python.
• Working knowledge of datastores including MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, S3, Redshift, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git and Agile development methodology.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of software platforms and services such as Docker, Kubernetes, JMS/SQS/SNS, and Kafka.
• Experience with automated testing patterns and tools like Mocha/Chai, JUnit.
• Experience with DevOps environments.
