Fullstack Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-native healthcare operating system spanning clinical documentation, intelligent workflow agents, revenue cycle management, and integrations with more than 60 EHRs.

What you will do

• Design and implement high-performance, reliable, and scalable integrations with EHRs, insurance providers, and other healthcare systems.
• Use LLM technology to automate the reverse-engineering of electronic health records.
• Own integration workflows from technical design and development through deployment, monitoring, and post-launch improvements.
• Work with product, engineering, healthcare, DevOps, QA, and security teams to define requirements and improve architecture.
• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve bottlenecks, and implement monitoring, alerting, testing, error handling, and continuous integration practices.
• Ensure integrations support healthcare interoperability and security requirements, including HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with backend languages including Python, Go, or C++.
• Experience with Git, GCP or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring or alerting tools.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions, making architectural decisions, and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
