What you will do

• Own the product vision and strategy for vendor promotions within hirify.global’s marketplace.
• Build world-class e-commerce products through in-depth discovery and optimization for long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team including commercial performance managers, data scientists, analysts, UX researchers, designers, and engineers.
• Align product ideas with regional teams and gain buy-in from global and regional C-level stakeholders.
• Act as a product champion and mentor within the global product community.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building digital growth/promotions products in a high-performance environment.
• Strong track record of driving business results.
• 7+ years of experience leading teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Demonstrated ability to work highly independently with a very high degree of ownership.
• Highly analytical profile, capable of evangelising and aligning the product agenda by reference to data and expected impact.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
