What you will do

• Own the product vision and strategy for vendor promotions as a key lever for marketplace success.
• Build a world-class e-commerce product through in-depth discovery and optimization for long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of commercial performance managers, data scientists, analysts, UX researchers, designers, and engineers.
• Align product ideas with regional teams and secure buy-in from global and regional C-level stakeholders.
• Act as a product champion and mentor within the global product community.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building digital growth/promotions products in a high-performance environment.
• 7+ years of experience leading teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work highly independently with a very high degree of ownership.
• Highly analytical profile with ability to evangelise, explain, and align the product agenda using data and expected impact.
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills to reach effective solutions in complex organizational environments.
• English: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (C1).
