What you will do

• Translate commercial needs and market feedback into strategic product requirements for tech teams.
• Own the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of retail media products to enable impactful client pitches.
• Provide strategic guidance, training, and data-driven insights to Retail Media Managers to drive client performance.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients by translating technical concepts into business value.
• Develop data-backed campaign strategies to unlock growth for clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Sales, and Business stakeholders to drive product adoption and optimization.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in Retail Media, AdTech, Product Strategy, Business Development, or Consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strong commercial mindset.
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively.
• Fluent in English and German.
