What you will do

• Lead and develop the regional Customer Product Management team.
• Ensure successful delivery of customer product projects meeting quality and time requirements.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and Product Integration teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance of product project processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Several years of leadership experience in a relevant industry.
• Proven track record in product management, project management, or product integration.
• Strong business acumen paired with deep technical expertise.
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
