What you will do

• Champion operational excellence for business model clusters, managing data flows from product and pricing to orders and shipments.
• Perform hands-on incident handling and technical bug investigation to identify root causes.
• Define and lead end-to-end testing strategies for critical initiatives to ensure high-quality deployments.
• Strategically leverage investigation insights to drive the implementation of long-term preventative system improvements.
• Establish and optimize processes for bug lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with other Technical Process Owners to drive cross-business model improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a tech-business interface role such as Process Owner, Technical PM, or Business Analyst.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficient database knowledge with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience in incident handling and root cause analysis.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Ability to read and interpret logs and payloads.
• Proficiency with Postman or similar API testing tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
