What you will do

• Act as the business counterpart to Tech teams, translating commercial needs into strategic product requirements.
• Own the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of retail media products.
• Empower Retail Media Managers through training and data-driven insights to drive client performance.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients, translating technical concepts into clear business value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Sales, and Business stakeholders to drive product adoption and commercial success.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in Retail Media, AdTech, Product Strategy, Business Development, or Consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strong commercial mindset.
• Fluent in English and German required.
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively.
