What you will do

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of agency and brand marketer partners throughout Australia for major holding companies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are provided promptly.
• Support account managers in collecting and analyzing data to identify key insights to help drive solutions for clients.
• Execute operational tasks such as performance monitoring, report creation, and updating internal systems with accurate and up-to-date account information.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital media with client-facing experience.
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to solve customer problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.

Nice to have

• Experience with DOMO, Looker, Tableau and/or similar analytical tools is considered an asset.
