What you will do
- Develop new product partnerships within the AI workflow, EHR, CRM, analytics spaces and adjacent infrastructure to expand the Zus platform and accelerate customer outcomes.
- Open new areas of the business by identifying and validating new partner-led motions, taking them from concept to pilot and making this a repeatable motion.
- Grow existing AI workflow, EHR, CRM and strategic channel partnerships that expand Zus distribution and generate durable revenue and pipeline.
- Grow data aggregation partnerships, including Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), claims data providers, and other critical data sources to strengthen Zus’s connected data ecosystem while improving coverage and freshness.
- Influence the product roadmap by surfacing customer and market insights to inform future feature development and ensure product-market fit.
- Represent Zus at conferences and meetings, building relationships and staying abreast of healthcare trends and innovations.
Requirements
- Excel at crafting compelling presentations, negotiating win-win deals, managing complex processes, and conducting data-driven analyses.
- Have deep expertise and are eager to dive in and make an impact.
- Thrive in the fast-paced, sometimes unstructured nature of an early-stage startup and can independently drive initiatives to completion.
- Have experience working with payers and a strong understanding of healthcare products, particularly those involving data and analytics.
- Have experience driving channel revenue through referrals, resellers, and other strategic GTM approaches and you know how to operationalize partner enablement, co-marketing, and co-sell.
