What you will do

• Build and manage a high-impact ecosystem of solution partners across North America.
• Recruit, enable, and grow a network of partners to build and deliver voice-AI experiences on the hirify.global platform.
• Build joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans with key partners to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear customer and partner value propositions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across partners, sales, solutions engineering, and product teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and managing successful regional solutions partnerships in North America.
• Strong understanding of API-driven products and ability to partner closely with engineering and product teams.
• Commercial mindset with experience driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and their real-world applications.
