What you will do

  • Proactively plan daily activities, calls, and internal meetings, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Implement and adhere to processes, workflows, and guidelines for regulatory compliance and operational performance.
  • Identify key aspects of customer inquiries and underlying business needs through active listening and reading comprehension.
  • Provide professional customer support, guiding customers toward recommended solutions and product adoption.
  • Utilize portfolio prioritization tools to segment accounts and focus outreach efforts on valuable customers.
  • Implement an effective product sequencing strategy and diligently follow up and analyze pitched tasks.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, phone support, and/or sales environments.
  • Strong ability to grasp business objectives and translate technical solutions into value propositions.
  • Active listening and questioning techniques to accurately identify customer needs and diagnose core challenges.
  • Foundational knowledge or ability to quickly analyze marketing objectives to align product recommendations strategically (Google Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into persuasive narratives.
  • Proven capability in managing customer skepticism (Objection Handling) and effective negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in time management and strategic prioritization.
  • High level of proactivity, independence, and autonomy to manage an account portfolio.
  • English: Intermediate level (B1) for written and reading comprehension is highly desirable.
