What you will do

  • Review and organize daily activities and calls, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Implement and adhere to processes, workflows, and guidelines for regulatory compliance and operational performance.
  • Identify customer inquiries and underlying business needs using active listening.
  • Adapt communication to each customer, providing professional support and recommended product solutions.
  • Utilize portfolio prioritization tools to effectively segment accounts and focus outreach efforts.
  • Implement effective product sequencing strategies and diligently follow up on pitched tasks to review success rates.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, phone support, and/or sales environments.
  • Strong ability to grasp business objectives and translate technical solutions into value propositions.
  • Foundational knowledge or ability to quickly analyze marketing objectives to align product recommendations strategically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with the ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly instructions and persuasive narratives.
  • Proven capability in managing customer skepticism and effective negotiation skills to drive product adoption and close sales.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Time Management and strategic Prioritization.
  • High level of Proactivity, independence, and Autonomy to manage an account portfolio.
  • Intermediate English (written and reading comprehension) is highly desirable.
