What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent cross-functional and global customer projects with various deployment work streams.
• Serve as a team lead, providing direction, prioritization, and support to other technical project managers.
• Develop and maintain project management deliverables, manage risks, and perform project communications.
• Own and perform reporting of the project portfolio status to senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Professional Services teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to continually improve practices and processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with hirify.global SASE solution, managing complex projects simultaneously.
• 10+ years of experience managing technical, cross-functional, global deployment projects.
• Excellent understanding and practice of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical scenarios to various stakeholders.
• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure technology (routing, switching, firewall).
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Solid command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for customer on-site and company meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience and knowledge of SaaS or subscription-based business models.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry, telecom service procurement, and deployment processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Certinia (FinancialForce), and project management tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, and other relevant professional certifications.
