What you will do

• Lead architectural design, development, and deployment of resilient Salesforce solutions for Sales & CPQ.
• Translate business and product requirements into technical roadmaps and system specifications.
• Develop clean, maintainable APEX code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure security and performance.
• Mentor Salesforce engineers and lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and technical grooming.
• Partner with Enterprise Architects and Technical Managers to align on scope and technical feasibility.
• Drive operational excellence by improving CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and incident response.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience in Salesforce/CPQ.
• Expertise in APEX Triggers & Classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Configurations, Workflow, Security, and Administration.
• Proficiency in API design and JSON structures.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and GitHub/GitLab.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Communities (Portal) architecture and design.
• Understanding of modern security practices (OAuth, Integrated Apps, 3rd Party Connectors).
• Familiarity with the GearSet DevOps platform.
