Location: Required to be based in person in New York City

Salary: $195,000 - $273,000 USD

What you will do

  • Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for client needs and identify creative solutions.
  • Generate revenue growth by expanding partnerships with large brands and cultivating C-level client relationships.
  • Craft and execute strategies to exceed revenue targets and advise leadership on market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 15-20+ years of experience in digital media sales and/or marketing.
  • 3-7+ years of people management experience within sales.
  • Expertise in digital media with an emphasis on paid social.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and engaging with executive-level Tech and Telco stakeholders.
  • Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence required.
