Salary: $195,000 - $273,000 USD

What you will do
- Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for client needs and identify creative solutions.
- Generate revenue growth by expanding partnerships with large brands and cultivating C-level client relationships.
- Craft and execute strategies to exceed revenue targets and advise leadership on market opportunities.
Requirements
- 15-20+ years of experience in digital media sales and/or marketing.
- 3-7+ years of people management experience within sales.
- Expertise in digital media with an emphasis on paid social.
- Experience navigating complex organizations and engaging with executive-level Tech and Telco stakeholders.
- Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence required.
