Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, promotional activations, and in-house company events.
• Develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics, including vendor management, shipping, and venue coordination.
• Manage event calendars, registration, attendee management, and check-in processes.
• Maintain accurate purchase orders, vendor invoices, and budget reconciliations.
• Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive messaging and branding at events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or visual merchandising.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Prior experience in tech hardware, automotive, or EV industries strongly preferred.
