Business Development Representative (Franchise): Connecting with multi-location restaurant brands to understand their challenges and introduce them to hirify.global' team management solutions with an accent on proactive engagement through calls, email, and social selling. Focus on qualifying opportunities, optimizing outreach strategies, and representing hirify.global at industry events to drive revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid work environment with offices in Saskatoon and Toronto.

Salary: CAD $48,000 - CAD $72,000 plus sales commission.

What you will do

  • Proactively engage franchise and multi-location restaurant groups through calls, email, social selling, and events.
  • Respond to inbound franchise inquiries and qualify opportunities for the AE team.
  • Book high-quality meetings that convert into revenue.
  • Optimize outreach strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events, trade shows, and hospitality conferences (travel as needed).

Requirements

  • Experience in a quota-carrying outbound or BDR/SDR role.
  • Proven experience executing outbound outreach and building thoughtful, effective sequences to engage prospects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce or CRM experience.
  • SaaS experience.
  • Background in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
