Salary: $135,000–$198,000

What you will do
- Lead and execute core employee lifecycle operations, including offboarding, changes, and HRIS updates.
- Oversee leaves of absence (LOA) and workplace accommodations, partnering with Legal, Benefits, and external vendors.
- Support People Ops execution for acquisitions and geographic expansions, integrating employees, policies, and systems.
- Own and manage the HR ticketing system, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution and identifying recurring issues.
- Identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes, translating business needs into scalable policies.
- Set clear expectations, provide feedback, coaching, and development support to team members, and partner cross-functionally.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in People Operations / HR Operations, with exposure to global or multi-state environments.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring others, or strong readiness to step into a people manager role.
- Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle operations, leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, and HRIS platforms.
- Comfort working alongside AI-enabled tools and curiosity about improving People Operations.
- Clear, respectful communicator who values collaboration, feedback, and operational rigor.
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to U.S. Government export regulations.
